Maintenance Date/Time: -Start Date-Time: 05/01/2024 1300 UTC (9:00 AM ET) -Stop Date-Time: 05/01/2024 2200 UTC (6:00 PM ET) Impact Window: -1300Z to 1315Z - Intermittent network instability -1500Z to 1600Z - Boulder unreachable - Hard down -1900Z to 1915Z - Intermittent network instability -2000z to 2200Z - Testing and Troubleshooting Detailed breakdown of impact: All data that travels through the Boulder data center will not be available during the maintenance downtime and will be impacted during the network instability periods identified above. Specifically, this includes: -WFO Boulder Internet, AWIPS, and Radar access will be impacted -NOMADS data will not be accessible -Boulder VPN will not be accessible -No data to and from the Space Weather Prediction Center and the SBN in Boulder -VOIP will be down for WFO Boulder, Pleasant Hill, Grand Junction, Chanhassen, Wilmington (Ohio), Peachtree, and Slidell What will NOT be impacted: -Internet traffic for all other WFOs, RFCs, CWSUs and Centers will be available -ANCF/CNCF and OneNWSnet AWIPS traffic will not be impacted -Sockets will be available through College Park -Remote access to internal systems and websites will be available via College Park VPN -DOD CAC services will be available via the College Park VPN Post Migration: -NCO will maintain a post deployment maintenance window of four (4) business days to fix any issues that are reported as fallout from the migration. -If issues are discovered after the four day window, please contact NCO’s SDM at 301-683-1500 and NCO will address these issues through our operational support process.
