north of I44 and west of highway 75. Showers were heaviest in Creek 

county in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The 

average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of 

an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters of an 

inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The 

Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon and early this evening, 

mostly cloudy, showers and thunderstorms likely with temperatures 71 

to 79 degrees and southeast winds up to 10 mph shifting to the 

northeast.
