in Arkansas east of I49 and also east of a Eufaula to Hugo line. 

Showers were heaviest in Pushmataha and Leflore counties in 

Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 25 mph. The average 

amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch 

with maximum amounts of one quarter to one half of an inch. 

Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa 

area forecast for this morning, mostly cloudy, temperatures 67 to 73 

degrees with south winds 10 to 20 mph.
