showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly east of 

highway 69 in Oklahoma and in northwest Arkansas. Thunderstorms with 

locally heavy rain were located in Madison, Carroll and Franklin 

counties in Arkansas. Movement was to the northeast at around 30 

mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one 

quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a 

half. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The 

Tulsa area forecast for overnight, partly cloudy then becoming 

mostly cloudy, temperatures 60 to 64 degrees with east winds up to 5 

mph shifting to the northwest.
