Arkansas. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in 

Madison, Crawford and Carroll counties in Arkansas. The 

precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the 

northeast at around 30 mph. The average amount where it rained last 

hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of 

three quarters to around an inch. Intensity decreased during the 

last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight, slight a chance 

of showers and thunderstorms with patchy fog and temperatures 60 to 

63 degrees along with southwest winds up to 5 mph shifting to the 

northwest.
