showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in northwest 

Arkansas and also east of a Eufaula to Hugo line. Thunderstorms with 

locally heavy rain were located in Crawford, Sebastian and Madison 

counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. 

The precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville 

area. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. The average amount 

where it rained last hour was around one tenth of an inch with 

maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage and 

intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast 

for early this morning, showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms 

with heavy rainfall and temperatures 61 to 66 degrees along with 

southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
