and thunderstorms mostly west of a Tulsa to McAlester line and also 

in Arkansas east of I49. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were 

located in Choctaw county in Oklahoma and Madison county in Arkansas 

and was more widespread in southcentral Oklahoma and also in 

northcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. 

The average amount where it rained last hour was around one tenth of 

an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters of an 

inch. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The 

Tulsa area forecast for this morning, partly sunny, a chance of 

showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 62 to 72 degrees and 

southeast winds 5 to 15 mph.
