showers mostly northwest of a line from Hugo to Fayetteville. 

Showers were heaviest in Creek and Pawnee counties in Oklahoma and 

was more widespread in northeast Texas and far southwest Arkasas. 

Movement was to the north at around 20 mph. The average amount where 

it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum 

amounts of one quarter to one half of an inch. Coverage and 

intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast 

for this morning, cloudy, occasional showers and a chance of 

thunderstorms with temperatures 65 to 72 degrees and south winds 10 

to 15 mph.
