showers mostly in northwest Arkansas, also south of I44 and west of 

the Muskogee Turnpike and also east of a Eufaula to Hugo line. 

Showers were heaviest in Muskogee county in Oklahoma. The 

precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the 

northeast at around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained last 

hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one 

quarter to one half of an inch. Coverage increased during the last 

hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and early this 

afternoon, mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with 

temperatures 70 to 75 degrees and south winds up to 10 mph.
