West winds will continue to gust between 35 and 40 knots behind a

cold front through the early morning hours. Shortly after sunrise,

westerly winds will increase in speed and will persist through mid

evening. Gusts between 40 and 45 knots are likely, especially 

between 11 AM and 7 PM.
