TUESDAY AT 12 PM...



Strong east canyon winds will start to gust between 35 and 45 

knots late this evening, continuing through noon Tuesday. The 

highest speeds, reaching or briefly exceeding 45 knots, are 

expected between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM MDT Tuesday. Winds will

gradually taper off during the late morning.
