3. A gale force S to SE wind of 35 knots is expected between Saldanha Bay

   and Bettys Bay.



4. Very rough seas with wave heights of 4.0 to 4.5m are expected between

   Saldanha Bay and Cape Agulhas.

VIS : Good.

SEA STATE: 2.0m reaching 2.5m in the south from mid-period, with SW

WALVIS BAY TO ORANGE RIVER:

WIND : S to SE 15 to 25.

VIS : Poor in fog for the first half of the period, otherwise good.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m, with S to SW swell.



ORANGE RIVER TO CAPE AGULHAS

WIND : S to SE 15 to 25 reaching 30 to 35 between Saldanha Bay and

           Bettys Bay, moderating to 05 to 15 north of Cape Columbine

           from mid-period.

VIS : Poor in fog north of Hondeklip Bay for the first half of the

           period, otherwise good.

SEA STATE: 2.5 to 3.5m reaching 4.0 to 4.5m south of Saldanha Bay, with S

           to SW swell.



CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON

WIND : SW 15 to 20 east of Algoa Bay at first, otherwise E to SE 10

           to 20.

VIS  : Moderate in showers and rain, becoming good west of Mossel Bay

           in the morning.

SEA STATE: 2.5 to 3.5m, with S to SW swell.



EAST LONDON TO MAPUTO:

WIND : N 10 to 15 north of Richards Bay at first, otherwise S to SW

           10 to 20. It will become S to SE 05 to 10 south of Port

           Shepstone by late afternoon.

VIS : Moderate in showers and rain.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m south of St Lucia, with S to SW swell.



MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:

WIND : E to SE 10 to 15 reaching 20 to 25 in the north.

VIS : Good but moderate in isolated thundershowers in the north.
