At 958 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Large flooded areas and some water rescues are occurring in Duncan. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
