Very heavy rain continues to fall at a rate of 2 to 3 inches per hour. Flash flooding is ongoing and expected to continue. HAZARD...Heavy rain producing life threatening flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management. IMPACT...Significant and life threatening flooding in drainages, streams, rivers, roads, properties, and other low lying areas.
