Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...



  Platte River near Agency affecting Buchanan County.



For the Platte River...including Agency...Minor flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

MORNING...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.



* WHEN...From Sunday evening to Wednesday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Low-lying areas east of Agency begin to 

  flood.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 9:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.5 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    tomorrow evening to a crest of 21.9 feet early Monday

    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday

    morning.

  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
