* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Spoon River at Seville.



* WHEN...From late tonight to late Wednesday evening.



* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Easterly access road to Seville inundated.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 6:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.1 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 24.0 feet early

    Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage

    Wednesday afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
