...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...A portion of central Texas, including the following 

  county, Bell.



* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT.



* IMPACTS...Though the heaviest rain has ended, some low-water 

  crossings are inundated with water and may be impassable. It will 

  take several hours for all the water from these storms to work 

  through urban drainage systems.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.

    Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Temple, Belton, Salado, Little River-Academy, Troy, Rogers,

    Holland, Sparks, Leedale, Edgeworth, Heidenheimer, Oscar,

    Seaton, Ratibor, Red Ranger, Oenaville, Zabcikville,

    Airville, Cyclone and Pendleton.





PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.
