...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING TO EARLY MONDAY 

AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Sabine River near Bon Wier.



* WHEN...From Friday morning to early Monday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur along 

  the river between Merryville and Bon Wier. A few roads in 

  Southwest Vernon Parish have water over them.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 6:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.9 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    late tomorrow morning to a crest of 30.5 feet Saturday

    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday

    morning.

  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
