...The National Weather Service in Shreveport LA has issued a Flood 

Warning for the following rivers in Texas...



  White Oak Creek Near Talco affecting Titus, Franklin and Morris 

  Counties.



For the White Oak Creek...including Talco...Minor flooding is 

forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Do not drive cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...White Oak Creek near Talco.



* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding.  Move livestock 

  and equipment to higher ground.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.9 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.

  - Forecast...White Oak Creek is expected to rise above flood

    stage tonight and crest of 17.5 feet early Tuesday morning.

    It will remain at crest through much of Tuesday before slowly

    fall below the 16 foot flood stage Thursday.

  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

    17.5 feet on 05/28/2015.
