.DISCUSSION...High pressure bringing mild temperatures and dry 

daytime conditions will continue through Friday. Fair daytime 

minimum relative humidities on Thursday and Friday with values 

between 50 to 60 percent expected. Fair overnight relative 

humidity recovery between 70 to 75 percent is expected Wednesday 

night. Improved overnight relative humidity recoveries between 90 

to 95 percent are expected beginning Thursday and will continue 

into the weekend. Gusty northwest winds will continue through the 

forecast period with strengthening winds and gusts up to 25 mph 

beginning late Thursday afternoon.
