Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest

1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...An expansive 30.4 inch high will weaken to 30.2 

inches as it will move east to the Mid Atlantic region this

afternoon. This high will slip off the coast Tuesday, while a 

29.5 inch surface low will deepen across the western Great Lakes.

The low will slowly weaken to 29.7 inches as it will cross the 

Lake late Tuesday night and Wednesday while dragging a cold front 

across the Lake. A 30.4 inch high will then build across the Lake 

Wednesday night through Thursday night.
