Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low swell
increasing to low to moderate west of line 08S142E 10S143E 16S159E 25S158E.

Remainder:
Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly north of line 11S142E
17S160E 18S170E, as well as within 120nm of lines 22S150E 23S155E and 16S145E
18S146E. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
