Part 3 Forecast
Within 120nm of lines 11S090E 11S106E, and 09S130E 11S142E:
Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low swell,
increasing to low to moderate swell west of line EQ099E 09S117E 12S119E.

Within 150nm of low:
Clockwise winds 20/30 knots. Rough seas. Low swell.

Remainder:
Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to
low to moderate swell west of line EQ099E 09S117E 12S119E.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout most of the area except
south of line 07S103E 03S113E 11S121E 10S142E. Heavy at times within 180nm of
line 06S125E 07S142E. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
