WIND     : E to SE 15 to 20.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers in the south-west.



ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):

WIND     : S to SE 10 to 15, but S to SW 05 to 15 in the extreme east.

VIS      : Good.



ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):

WIND     : S to SW 15 to 20 in the south, otherwise SE to E 10 to 20

           reaching 25 over the central and northern parts from mid-

           period.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in rain and showers over the central parts

           spreading to the northern parts by end of the period.

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the extreme south-east, with SW swell.



TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):

WIND     : S to SE 10 to 20 but SW 15 to 20 in the south-west.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the south-west.

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the south, with SW swell.



TRISTAN (30S/40SE, 00E/20W):

WIND     : SW to W 15 to 25 reaching 30 to 35 in the south. It will

           become variable 05 in the north-west towards the end of the

           period.

VIS      : Moderate in showers and rain but good in the north-west.

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m reaching 4.5 to 5.5m in the south, with SW to W

           swell.



CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):

WIND     : NW 20 to 30 in the east reaching 35 in the south-east for the

           first half of the period, otherwise W to SW 15 to 25 reaching

           30 in the west.

VIS      : Good in the north-east, otherwise moderate to poor in showers

           and rain.

SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m, reaching 5.0 to 7.0m over the south-eastern

           parts, with W to SW swell.
