Southeast quarter winds 15/20 knots reaching up to 25 knots at times. Moderate
seas, occasionally rough. Low swell, becoming moderate west of 117E.

Remainder:
Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to
low to moderate south and west of line EQ098E 09S116E 12S116E.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over most of area except south of
line 07S106E 07S124E 11S142E. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
