Weather hazards expected... Limited lightning risk. Limited Fog risk. DISCUSSION... Scattered thunderstorms will approach extreme southeast Kansas and west Missouri late tonight into the early morning hours. Areas of fog are expected to develop late tonight for portions of south-central Missouri. Visibilities may drop below 1 mile locally at times. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible on Saturday with hail up to the size of quarters and damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph. Additional chances for thunderstorms exist on Sunday. A stronger storm system looks to approach the region by Monday or Tuesday of next week with additional thunderstorm chances, some of which may be strong to severe.
