Waves will build from northeast to southwest with wave heights of 4 to 7 feet near the Twin Ports. These conditions will be hazardous to smaller vessels. Winds will gradually weaken Thursday night and early Friday morning as they veer southerly which will end the risk to smaller craft. Periods of gusty winds and waves dangerous to smaller vessels are likely Friday and possible again Saturday.
