...A LINE OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND GUSTY WINDS OVER THE CARIBBEAN 

WATERS...



The areas affected include...  



Caribbean Waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the 

Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...



At 240 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a with heavy showers and 

gusty winds, capable of producing gusts to around 30 knots. This 

line was at about 15 miles off to the south of Caja de Muerto, 

moving north at 15 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.

...UNA LÍNEA DE AGUACEROS FUERTES Y VIENTOS RÁFAGOS SOBRE LAS AGUAS 

DEL CARIBE...



Las áreas afectadas incluyen...



Aguas del Caribe de Puerto Rico de 10 MN a 17N, incluyendo las Aguas 

Costeras del sur de Puerto Rico hasta 10 MN...



A las 240 PM AST, el radar Doppler indicó un con aguaceros fuertes y 

ráfagas de vientos, capaces de producir ráfagas de alrededor de 30 

nudos.  Esta  línea estaba a alrededor de 15 millas al sur de Caja 

de Muerto,  moviéndose hacia el norte a 15 nudos.



MEDIDAS DE PRECAUCIÓN/PREPARACIÓN...



Los navegantes pueden esperar ráfagas de vientos de alrededor de 30 

nudos, oleaje localmente más alto, y rayos.  Los navegantes deben 

buscar puerto seguro inmediatamente hasta que esta tormenta pase.
