  Presque Isle Light to Sturgeon Pt MI Including Thunder Bay 

  National Marine Sanctuary...



At 949 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorms, 

capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These 

thunderstorms are located over Presque Isle and Alpena counties, 

moving east at 50 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect small hail, gusty winds to around 30 knots, 

locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek 

safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
