US/Canadian border...



At 309 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 13 nm east of Sturgeon Point to near Port Hope, moving

northeast at 45 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

         suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

Central Lake Huron Buoy.

southwest of Northern Lake Huron Buoy to 11 nm east of Harrisville,

moving northeast at 40 knots.
