Through 1115 PM: Scattered showers and thunderstorms will 

continue to move slowly eastward across the southern South Plains 

and into the southern Rolling Plains. Locally heavy rainfall and 

occasional cloud to ground lightning will be the primary hazards 

with these thunderstorms. The severe weather threat is low.
