Through 4:30AM: Showers and thunderstorms have now moved east of

I-27 and continue to track eastward across portions of the Rolling

Plains. Locally heavy rain and small hail up to penny size will 

be the primary hazards with these thunderstorms in addition to 

occasional cloud-to-ground lightning.
