Through 7 am, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will wax 

and wane along boundaries situated over the island chain (especially 

over the Middle and Upper Keys) and out to the Dry Tortugas. These 

showers will move towards the east at 10 to 15 knots. Periods of moderate

to heavy rainfall will reduce visibilities while driving. Island

communities on the Upper and Middle Keys can expect up to an

additional quarter to a half of an inch of rain.
