* WHAT...Temperatures as low as the mid 30s will result in patchy 

  frost.



* WHERE...Cameron, Elk, McKean, and Potter Counties.



* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 AM EDT Saturday.



* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Near-ground freezing temperatures could kill uncovered sensitive
