The NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards transmitter broadcasting from:



Mount Pisgah and serving the counties of western North Carolina 

is currently experiencing intermittent outages as well as 

significantly reduced broadcast quality. Maintenance is scheduled 

to be performed at the end of the month and reduced broadcast 

quality will continue until that time. This maintenance effort

depends on good weather on the day scheduled for hiking up Mount 

Pisgah. Residents served by the Mount Pisgah transmitter are 

advised to have multiple ways to receive warnings until full 

service can be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this 

may cause our listeners.
