...NOAA All-Hazards Radio Transmitter in Bude offline...



NOAA All-Hazards Radio station KIH-48, transmitting out of Bude

on a frequency of 162.550 MHz, is off the air due to a power

outage. We have contacted technicians to fix the problem, and 

will be out of operation until further notice. 





During the outage, persons across the listening area will need to

tune to commercial radio or television outlets for the latest

weather information. 



Nearby radios include KIH47-Hattiesburg(162.474 MHz), 

WNG521-Bogalusa(162.525 MHz), KIH46-Baton Rouge or 

KIH38-Jackson(162.400 MHZ).
