A brief EF 0 tornado briefly touched down at 

the Payne Valley Golf Course to the 

southeast of Hollister. NWS storm survey 

found broken tree branches and a few small 

trees snapped. No damage to homes or 

powerlines. No direct injuries due to tornado.
