THROUGH EARLY EVENING FOR THE NORTHEASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE AND THE

EASTERN OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE...



* Affected Area...In the Oklahoma Panhandle...Beaver County. In

  the Texas Panhandle...Ochiltree and Roberts Counties.



* 20 Foot Winds...West winds at 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30

  mph.



* Relative Humidity...9 to 12 percent.



* Timing...Noon until 8 PM CDT this evening.



Outdoor burning and activities that cause open sparks or flames 

are discouraged. Fire and emergency officials should be aware that 

weather conditions will be favorable for the development of 

large grass fires.
