Forecast to fluctuate near 10.5 FT into late this afternoon then

10.0 FT late tomorrow morning then forecast to rise to near 10.5 FT 

tomorrow afternoon then forecast to recede to near 10.0 FT early 

Friday morning then forecast to rise to near 10.0 FT Friday morning 

with continued rise expected.
