* At 305 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Vermilion

  164, or 47 nm south of White Lake, moving east at 45 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large destructive 

           hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 

           personal injury and significant structural damage.
