  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60

  NM...

  Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...



* Until 315 PM EDT.



* At 219 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 12 nm east of Palm Valley to 15 nm east of Guana

  River State Park to 6 nm northeast of Saint Augustine Beach, moving

  southeast at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Dorothy Louise Barge, Casablanca Reef, Nine Mile Reef, Saint

  Augustine, Saint Augustine Beach, Tournament Reef, Vilano Beach,

  and Navy Drydock.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes. If your vessel is

caught offshore, immediately secure for heavy weather. Ensure all

crew members are wearing USCG approved Type I life jackets and

nonessential crew are below decks. Deploy jack lines and harnesses if

available. Check life saving equipment, including batteries on

handheld radios, for readiness.
