  Sabine Lake...



* Until 445 PM CDT.



* At 349 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 14 nm northwest of Port Arthur to 8 nm north of

  Rollover Pass, moving east at 35 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
