The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a



* Special Marine Warning for...

  Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM

  excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas...



* Until 800 AM EDT.



* At 716 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 42 nm east of Pacific Reef to 34 nm east of Triumph

  Reef, moving east at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
