* Special Marine Warning for...

  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60

  NM...

  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...



* Until 1015 PM CDT.



* At 917 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 6 nm east of Brazos A26 to 6 nm west of Galveston

  A171 to near Galveston A250 to 8 nm south of Buoy 42019 to 8 nm

  southeast of East Breaks 228, moving east at 55 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  Brazos A4, Galveston A122, Galveston A196, Galveston A250,
