* At 1050 PM EDT, strong winds to 40 knots were being reported over 

  the Atlantic Coastal waters from Brunswick to Jacksonville in the 

  wake of departing convection that will linger until around 

  midnight.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
