The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a



* Special Marine Warning for...

  Lake Okeechobee...



* Until midnight EDT.



* At 1115 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 6 nm northwest of Sand Cut to 6 nm west of Pahokee.

  The strong thunderstorms were nearly stationary.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Canal Point, Sand Cut, Pahokee, and Lake Harbor.
