  York River...



* Until midnight EDT.



* At 1101 PM EDT, gusty southeast winds were observed over portions 

  of the lower Chesapeake Bay and York River with a northward moving 

  low pressure system.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, New Point Comfort, 1st Island Bay

  Bridge, Latimer Shoal, Plantation Light, Mobjack Bay, Cape Henry,

  Thimble Shoals, Poquoson, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Hampton Roads

  Bridge Tunnel, Coleman Bridge, Tue Marshes Light, York Spit Reef,
