  40 nm...



* Until 145 AM EDT.



* At 1144 PM EDT, gusty east to southeast winds were observed over 

  portions of Atlantic ocean with a northward moving low pressure 

  system.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Marine buoy observations.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
