* Until 1145 AM EDT.



* At 1057 AM EDT, low pressure was just offshore of Ocean City. 

  North to northeast winds are gusting to 40 kt. Expect these winds 

  to continue through 1145 am before subsiding as the low moves 

  northward. 



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
