  Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20

  nm...

  Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from

  20 nm to 40 nm...



* Until 945 PM EDT.



* At 817 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 8 nm northwest of Bulls Bay to 8 nm northwest of

  South Santee River Entrance, moving southeast at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
